Back to school organisation

Writer's picture: AestheticRevisionAestheticRevision

I am going into year 11, arguably the most important year, and so I thought it time to step up my organisation set up... so I did. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money so I searched for the most cost effective way - or what I believe to be anyway!

Folders

I have a folder for each subject I take - French, Media, History, DT, Maths and English - except Science, which I will get to later.

In these folders, I have a laminated sheet of resources and another sheet of exam dates and what each exam will consist of, so all the information is consise.

Also in the folders, I have ‘at home’ exercise books in which I re-write and take notes so that it is all easy to access and read. I also have a wallet for my revision flash cards to be put in so the lesson‘s notes are all in the same place and therefore, won’t get lost!

Also in the folders I have past exam papers and old revision resources that were loose in my school books.

Boxes

I said earlier that I don't have a folder for science and that is because I have 3 boxes for each - Biology, Physics and Chemistry. In the boxes, I have the same as the folders!

A pocket for revision cards, an ‘at home’ exercise book, past papers and the exam dates and resources!

The folders to the left of the boxes all of my school books, dating back all the way to year 7! I have all of these because I have some good revision notes and past papers in there PLUS, I’m not throwing away 4 years worth of work! Too many hours wrre put into that!
